The EVMD™ Earned Value Management Director™ credential certification program is an intensive and advanced Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) skills and competencies building program designed to develop the advanced knowledge base of Senior-level Earned Value Management (EVM) project personnel in the application of advanced earned value management system (EVMS) oversight, accountability, transparency, controls, compliance monitoring and controls on projects.

EVMD™ Earned Value Management Director™s enforce and ensure full compliance of an organization’s Earned Value Management System (EVMS) with the EIA 748-C Industry Standards and are responsible for the delivery of effective/efficient Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).

Upon completion of the EVMD™ Earned Value Management Director™ certification program, all EVMD™ Earned Value Management Director™ participants will be able, ready and capable to certify that an organization’s or project/program’s Earned Value Management System (EVMS) is fully compliant with the EIA 748-C EVMS Industry Standards
